Primăria Capitalei: Insolvența STB nu afectează transportul public

Public transport in Bucharest will operate normally despite STB entering insolvency, aimed at maintaining services and reorganizing the company. The insolvency procedure will not affect the number of vehicles in operation and aims to reduce debts. A judicial administrator will create a reorganization plan to be approved by creditors, which will include measures to cut costs and avoid bankruptcy. The city will continue to subsidize transport services, ensuring salaries and operational costs are covered. Additionally, an escrow account will be established for debt payments, and route efficiency improvements are planned.
