The insolvency aims to ensure service continuity and protect STB from creditor actions. STB has significant debts, primarily to ANAF, and the insolvency will stop penalty accumulation. A dedicated escrow account will be established for debt payments, while subsidies will cover operational costs. The reorganization plan will also focus on optimizing routes.
