The insolvency acknowledges STB's inability to pay creditors and seeks legal protection. A judicial administrator will create a reorganization plan to reduce expenses and prevent bankruptcy. The municipality emphasized that the insolvency will stop debt growth and penalties, with significant debts owed to ANAF. Funds from the city will support employee salaries and operational costs, while a dedicated account will manage creditor payments.
