The Alba Iulia City Hall has completed the renovation of three residential blocks, enhancing energy efficiency and reducing costs for residents. The project, funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, involved significant upgrades including thermal insulation and the installation of photovoltaic panels. The total investment amounted to over 4.7 million lei, benefiting around 80 families.
