The project, contracted to Neo Plan SRL, aims to address parking shortages in the area by utilizing a metal structure with an automated parking system and lift. This initiative is part of a broader effort to repurpose former thermal points in the city, with the demolished Punct Termic 43 site now available for development. The vertical parking concept has been under consideration since 2020, aiming to optimize land use in crowded residential areas.
