Primăria a contestat la Curtea de Apel București decizia definitivă prin care fusese obligată să emită o autorizație de construire pentru un hotel din Poiana Brașov care a fost edificat fără a respecta normele legale • Turism Biz Brasov
The Brașov City Hall has filed an annulment appeal against a definitive court ruling requiring it to issue a construction permit for a hotel built illegally in Poiana Brașov. The appeal was submitted on September 21 and is scheduled for a hearing on October 5. Additionally, the City Hall requested a suspension of the contested ruling, which will also be reviewed on the same day. The case involves a dispute between the City Hall and Împăratul Romanilor SA, which constructed a hotel exceeding height regulations. Previous attempts by the company to legalize the construction retroactively were denied by the City Hall, citing legal restrictions in tourist areas. The company initially lost in court but won on appeal after a change in the judicial panel.
