A 15-year-old was sentenced to 15 years in a detention center for murder, while another 15-year-old received a six-month daily assistance program for helping conceal the crime. The victim's family will receive significant damages, including €300,000 for each parent and €200,000 for his sister. The two adolescents involved will also pay moral damages for the profanation of the corpse. A third 13-year-old, who did not meet the age of criminal responsibility, was involved in the concealment of the body.
