Prima reacție a AfD după scorul record din Germania. Alice Weidel revendică guvernarea: „Rezultat istoric”

The Alternative for Germany (AfD) claims the right to govern Saxony-Anhalt after achieving a record score in regional elections. Party leader Alice Weidel described the result as a historic mandate for governance, while candidate Ulrich Siegmund stated they have made history. Weidel emphasized that the strongest party has the mandate to form a government and is open to potential political partners. Siegmund noted that voters sent a clear signal for fundamental political change, although he has not confirmed immediate plans to seek the premiership. AfD's projected 44.5% significantly surpasses their previous score of 20.8% in 2021, marking their best performance in any regional or federal election. However, it remains uncertain if they will secure enough seats to govern alone, as other parties have ruled out coalition possibilities with AfD, which is classified as a far-right group by local constitutional protection services.
