Prima ordonanță-trenuleț pregătită de Guvernul Niculescu: Împrumuturi pentru primării și noi reguli fiscal-bugetare
The Romanian government has proposed a new emergency ordinance that includes fiscal measures, loans for local authorities, and changes to budget regulations. It allows municipalities to borrow up to 300 million lei for heating fuel for the winter season 2026-2027, funded by privatization revenues. The ordinance extends the suspension of certain cash register obligations until October 2027 and allows the use of budget surpluses for social services. Additionally, it modifies rules for PNRR and Anghel Saligny projects, enabling better financial management and infrastructure investments. Companies can also adjust their budgets until December 2026 to comply with government-approved memorandums.
