REMAX România has announced the opening of seven new franchises in various Romanian cities following its acquisition by an American brokerage platform. This marks the company's first significant expansion since the global ownership change in September 2026. The new offices are located in Oradea, Florești, Pitești, Rădăuți, Sânnicolau Mare, and Alba Iulia, with two franchises in Oradea. The expansion comes after Real Brokerage completed the acquisition of REMAX Holdings for approximately $880 million, forming the Real REMAX Group. The new group aims to provide agents with access to advanced technological tools, including AI solutions, while maintaining the existing franchise model. The new franchises are launched by experienced entrepreneurs from various sectors, enhancing REMAX's presence in the Romanian real estate market.
