Prima de carieră didactică de 1.500 de lei, aprobată de Camera Deputaților: cine primește banii și cum pot fi cheltuiți

The Romanian Chamber of Deputies approved a law granting a 1,500 lei career bonus for state education staff, effective in the 2025-2026 academic year. The funding comes from non-reimbursable external sources and will benefit over 275,000 employees in pre-university and university education. At least 65% of the bonus must be used for professional training courses, while the remainder can be spent on educational materials and services. This initiative aims to support continuous professional development and provide additional resources for the upcoming academic year.
