The funds must be used for accredited professional training courses, with at least 975 lei required for this purpose. The Ministry of Investments and European Projects emphasizes the importance of activation for fund disbursement. As of September, around 254,000 individuals were validated for the grant, but many had not yet received their funds due to non-activation. The grant is financed through the Education and Employment Program and must be utilized by September 30, 2027, for active beneficiaries in the following academic year.
