Price of a liter of gasoline poised to exceed 10 lei

Fuel prices have increased, with standard gasoline nearing 10 lei per liter and diesel around 10.5 lei. The Ministry of Finance confirmed the continuation of a 25% reduction in diesel excise duty until the end of September. The cheapest gasoline is at Petrom stations at 9.93 lei per liter, while premium gasoline ranges from 10.41 to 10.56 lei. Diesel prices vary, with Rompetrol offering the lowest at 10.52 lei per liter. A full tank of gasoline costs between 495.5 and 499.5 lei, while diesel costs between 526 and 536 lei, depending on the retailer.
