Prețurile și taxele mari lovesc în nivelul de trai: peste 30 la sută dintre români spun că viața lor este mai rea

A recent study indicates that many Romanians are experiencing decreased income and rising prices, leading to a decline in daily life satisfaction. Nearly one-third feel their lives have worsened over the past year, with financial pressure being the main barrier to a better life. The index of well-being perception dropped to 6.2 out of 10 in 2026, down from 6.4 in 2025. A significant deterioration was noted in financial satisfaction, with personal income satisfaction falling from 6.1 to 5.5 points. Approximately 60% of respondents cite low income and high prices as major obstacles, surpassing concerns about corruption. The results highlight the rapid changes in well-being perception due to increased financial pressure.
