Sweden has the highest price at 270 euros/MWh, while Ukraine is the only country experiencing a price drop. Finland and Norway also saw significant increases, with Finland's prices rising by 746%. Romania's nuclear power plant has been offline since August, leading to a reliance on imports to meet energy demands. The situation is exacerbated by the need for imports of 1,200-1,300 MW, especially during peak hours.
