Constanța saw the highest annual increase for new apartments at 14%, while Timișoara led for old apartments at 12%. Cluj-Napoca's average price for new apartments is 3,340 euro/sqm, and for old ones, it's 3,286 euro/sqm. Bucharest's old apartments are 278 euro/sqm more expensive than new ones. Overall, prices remained stable compared to the previous month.
