„Preţuri record la electricitate”. Avertisment al unui oficial din Ministerul Energiei
Cristian Bușoi, a state secretary in the Ministry of Energy, warned of potential record electricity prices in the EU due to high gas prices and the prolonged closure of the Cernavodă nuclear plant. He noted that the situation in the Middle East and the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz could significantly impact gas prices. Romania faces challenges with low Danube water levels affecting energy production, particularly at Cernavodă, which remains closed. Current forecasts indicate that the situation may persist for at least ten more days, complicating electricity supply predictions.
