This follows a significant drop of over 7% last week after comments from U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent. Iran stated that the reopening depends on fulfilling certain conditions by Washington, including compensation and lifting sanctions. Additionally, risks to oil supply have heightened following an attack on a Saudi oil facility by Houthi forces.
