Președintele Nicușor Dan a decorat Federația Comunităților Evreiești din România – Cultul Mozaic

President Nicușor Dan awarded the Federation of Jewish Communities in Romania with the Order of "Cultural Merit" for its contributions over 90 years. The decoration recognizes the organization's cultural, educational, and charitable roles, as well as its efforts in preserving Holocaust memory and promoting tolerance. Dan has been noted for his strong opposition to the Vexler Law, which aimed to impose stricter penalties for antisemitic speech.
