After a year of construction disruptions, Oradea students will no longer attend classes in shifts starting September. The municipality completed rehabilitation projects for 24 schools and kindergartens, totaling 374.7 million lei, just in time to secure European funding. Most projects faced delays but were finalized by the PNRR deadline. While most students will return to regular schedules, some schools may still operate in shifts due to high enrollment. The city managed to avoid losing funding despite the challenges faced during the construction period.
