Preotul Ciprian Mega, trimis în judecată de procurori

Ciprian Mega, a priest and filmmaker, faces trial for allegedly orchestrating the arson of a car owned by his wife's company to fabricate a narrative of political and religious persecution. Prosecutors claim he staged the incident amid a conflict with the Orthodox Bishopric of Oradea. Alongside two accomplices, he is accused of planning the fire and misusing medical leave based on a false diagnosis. The case also involves the unauthorized disclosure of witness statements on social media. The trial will take place at the Bihor Tribunal.
