Microenterprises, SMEs, and NGOs in Romania can win up to €20,000 for urban development projects in the Social Awards 2026 competition. With a total prize fund of €90,000, applications are open until November 6, 2026. The program, organized by Social Innovation Solutions, rewards six projects across various sectors, including sustainability and social impact. Unlike traditional funding, awards are not contingent on launching new projects and can include ongoing initiatives. Eligible participants include microenterprises with revenues between €100,000 and €2 million and NGOs with the necessary resources. Winners will be announced on November 24, 2026, during the Cities Journey event in Bucharest.
