The project involves using 150,000 cubic meters of stone and mobilizing soldiers for support. Meanwhile, Romania has sunk barges to raise water levels for its Cernavodă nuclear plant, but the measures have only provided temporary relief. Cernavodă's Unit 2 will be shut down due to declining water levels, with a controlled stop starting soon.
