Interim Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan was questioned as a witness by DNA Iași regarding a corruption case involving businessman Fănel Bogos. The hearing aimed to clarify the circumstances of a meeting between Bolojan and Bogos, who is accused of influence peddling and attempted bribery. Bolojan provided all necessary clarifications during the two-and-a-half-hour session but did not make any statements afterward. Bogos, who has faced legal issues for trying to manipulate officials to change the director of the Veterinary Sanitary Directorate in Vaslui, is currently under judicial control. Other individuals, including former PNL president Mihai Barbu, are also implicated in the case.
