The Emergency Clinical Hospital St. Apostle Andrew in Galați has inaugurated a multi-storey parking facility with a helipad, external elevators, and a walkway. This project, completed by the Galați County Council, features 460 parking spaces and aims to enhance patient transfer to the emergency unit. The helipad, awaiting final authorizations, is a unique addition in Romania, integrating modern medical infrastructure. The hospital serves around 250,000 patients annually and experiences significant traffic, with over 1,400 vehicles daily.
