The "Taste of Transylvania" event in Harghita will allow visitors to cook alongside renowned chefs and local housewives. Scheduled from September 3 to 6 in Boroș, it aims to showcase authentic Transylvanian cuisine and culture. Over 50 local and international chefs will participate, including Michelin-starred chefs. This edition introduces interactive cooking sessions for attendees. The festival will also feature a traditional sheepfold, a local producers' market, and musical performances. Tickets start at 70 lei per day, with free entry for children under 14.
