Premieră ANRE: Primele comunități de energie din România
The National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) has registered Romania's first two energy communities, allowing local production and sale of energy. This initiative enables residents, small businesses, and authorities to collaboratively generate and consume energy. The registration of the Sibiu community marks the operationalization of the National Register of Energy Communities, promoting citizen involvement in the energy market. ANRE encourages the establishment of more energy communities, which can produce, store, and sell renewable energy locally. The registration process involves legal establishment, document submission, and official registration, allowing members to share locally produced energy and benefit from specific network tariffs.
