The dynamic excise aims to lower prices by 10% upon enactment, with further reductions possible. The government is also considering mechanisms to limit diesel exports and commercial markups to ensure price stability. Current fuel prices are nearing 10 lei per liter for diesel and around 9 lei for gasoline, reflecting recent increases.
