Premier Energy Group has become the first tenant of The Arc office building, developed by PPF, with an investment of 60 million euros. The company will occupy approximately 3,000 square meters, equivalent to an entire floor, with relocation planned for early 2027. The building will feature a total leasable area of 30,000 square meters and is located two kilometers from Piața Victoriei, in the Basarab Bridge office area. This marks PPF's first ground-up development in Romania, with the group managing real estate projects across several countries. Premier Energy Group operates in the energy infrastructure sector in Southeast Europe, providing services in electricity and natural gas distribution and supply.
