The message, which detailed the timeline and tone adjustments made by the AI, was posted before being deleted shortly after. Nedelcu explained that he uses AI for communication due to a lack of staff and acknowledged the oversight. The press release addressed a significant waste issue in the Zăvoi area of Ștefănești, emphasizing the need for action against illegal dumping and the commitment to community health and safety.
