He noted the importance of ongoing anti-drug operations and the need for a government with full powers to implement new drug policies. Predoiu also called for legislative protection for anti-drug fighters, acknowledging their risks and contributions. The police recently arrested two men and placed a woman under judicial control for organizing a drug-related event in Hunedoara, where dangerous substances were found.
