PPC Group has signed a strategic agreement with ABO Energy GmbH & Co. KGaA to acquire its subsidiaries in Poland and Hungary, along with a renewable energy project portfolio exceeding 2 GW. This deal enhances PPC's green portfolio in Central and Southeast Europe, integrating two fully operational development platforms. The acquisition includes 29 SPVs with 99 MW of operational or near-completion solar projects and over 2 GW in various development stages. The agreement supports PPC's strategic growth plan for 2026-2030, aiming to double installed capacity to 24.3 GW, with significant expansions in renewable energy and storage.
