Andrei Nemțișor, a 14-year-old student from Iași, won the absolute gold at the Balkan Olympiad in Informatics, showcasing exceptional academic achievements. His rigorous self-discipline and lack of social media use contribute to his success. Andrei's journey began in the 5th grade, encouraged by his teachers, leading to numerous national and international awards. He dedicates significant time to studying, often up to eight hours a day, focusing on problem-solving and online competitions. Although he considers studying abroad, he values the quality education available in Romania. His analytical skills are also enhanced by his experience in chess, which he started at a young age. Andrei represents a new generation of Romanian students excelling in education.
