The National Audiovisual Council (CNA) fined Realitatea Plus 15,000 lei for failing to adhere to impartiality and accurate information in several broadcasts. The largest fine of 10,000 lei was for programs aired from April 1-27, including "Culisele statului paralel" and "Breaking News." The CNA emphasized the need for balanced reporting and the presentation of opposing viewpoints. An additional 5,000 lei fine was imposed for broadcasts on June 17, where misleading information was noted. The CNA also urged TikTok and Facebook to address illegal content.
