Portul Constanța va avea de marți două sisteme autonome pentru detectarea dronelor marine

Two autonomous systems for detecting and monitoring marine drones will operate in the Port of Constanța starting July 28. These Triton systems are designed to enhance port security and response capabilities. They will be managed by specialists from Ocean Aero Inc. and will not interfere with navigation safety. The initiative aims to protect critical port infrastructure and improve security levels for companies operating in the area. Triton can autonomously navigate for over 30 days using solar and wind energy, and it can also dive to collect data underwater. This measure follows a recent incident involving a maritime drone explosion near the port.
