The installation of modern truck weighing systems continues at the Port of Constanța, focusing on Gate 10. Initial scales were set up at Gates 7 and 10bis, with ongoing work at Gates 10 and 14. The system employs fiber optic sensors to weigh vehicles up to 200 tons while moving at speeds between 5 and 90 km/h. This project aims to enhance traffic predictability and manage congestion effectively.
