Porţiune din DN 29D dintre Botoşani şi Vama Stânca, surpată la mai puţin de 3 ani de la modernizarea drumului

A section of DN 29D between Botoșani and Vama Stânca has collapsed due to land slides, less than three years after its modernization. The incident occurred near a viaduct in Drislea, Truşeşti commune. The Regional Directorate of Roads and Bridges in Iași confirmed that the road is under warranty, and the contractor will cover the repair costs. The director noted that the area has sensitive, clayey soil that is prone to such issues. The modernization project cost over 260 million lei.
