Residents in northern Tulcea County received a fourth Ro-Alert message regarding potential drone incursions amid the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. The alert was issued around 8 PM after the Ministry of National Defense detected drones near localities separated from Ukraine by the Danube. Authorities urged the public to remain calm and seek shelter in civil protection areas or indoors, away from windows and exterior walls.
