The developer recently acquired land for a new high-rise building, adding to its existing portfolio. The total development value of current projects in the area is 360 million euros, alongside 536 million euros for completed projects. Last year, the company reported consolidated revenues of 1.4 billion lei, focusing on selling homes from ongoing developments, while this year will emphasize new launches.
