The existing shelters are outdated and insufficient for the population's needs. A new law mandates the construction of emergency shelters in new buildings, aiming to add around 32,000 shelters nationwide. Authorities are also providing guidelines and resources to prepare citizens for potential attacks, including a mobile app to locate nearby shelters.
