Poland plans to host 15,000 American soldiers, including 10,000 on rotation and 3,500 to 5,000 permanently, amid ongoing tensions with Russia. This military presence aims to enhance security as the conflict in Ukraine continues. The establishment of a permanent base is expected to be completed by 2039. Poland is currently one of the NATO countries investing significantly in defense, allocating nearly 5% of its GDP.
