Poland's Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski has called for stricter visa controls and restrictions on Russian diplomats and citizens in the EU due to hybrid threats. Following a meeting with German and French counterparts, he emphasized that Russia aims to undermine the EU from within. Proposed measures include limiting Russian diplomats' movement, reducing Schengen visa issuance, and implementing biometric permits for Russians entering the EU. Sikorski highlighted the high number of Russian diplomats in the EU, with many allegedly involved in terrorist activities. This stance follows recent hybrid incidents in Germany, including attacks on energy facilities and a defense company.
