The bus, carrying Polish pilgrims returning from Medjugorje, overturned on the M3 highway. Prime Minister Donald Tusk confirmed that medical and consular assistance will be provided to the injured. This incident marks the deadliest bus accident in Hungary since 2003, echoing a similar tragedy involving Polish pilgrims in Croatia in 2022.
