Polonia anunță că va găzdui singurul centru de mentenanță pentru rachete Patriot din afara Statelor Unite. „Au concurat patru țări”

Poland will establish the only maintenance center for Patriot missiles outside the U.S., as announced by Deputy Defense Minister Magdalena Sobkowiak-Czarnecka. Four countries competed for this investment, including Germany, the Netherlands, and Norway. The center aims to enhance missile maintenance capabilities amid increased demand due to conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East. The Pentagon highlighted the importance of transatlantic cooperation in supporting this initiative, which is expected to significantly reduce processing times and secure supply lines. The investment is estimated at around 1 billion zlotys (approximately 231 million euros).
