Polițiștii BCCO Alba Iulia au participat la destructurarea unei grupări care săvârșea furturi și tâlhării în SUA

Police from BCCO Alba Iulia participated in dismantling a group involved in thefts and robberies in the USA. Multiple searches were conducted in Argeș, Vâlcea, Dolj, and Bucharest targeting individuals who allegedly committed crimes in the USA and laundered money in Romania. The operation was coordinated with FBI representatives. The group reportedly used falsified documents to reduce customs duties on luxury car imports from the USA. Investigations revealed that members of the organized crime group committed theft, fraud, and robbery in the USA, laundering the proceeds through real estate and luxury purchases in Romania. Hearings will take place at the DIICOT office in Constanța.
