This decision follows government policies discouraging childbirth, such as imposing health insurance contributions on mothers receiving child-rearing allowances without compensatory measures. While maternity services will end, other medical services, particularly in orthopedics, will continue and expand, reflecting a shift in patient demand. Approximately 30 staff members will be reassigned to different departments as part of this reorganization, which aims to adapt to the evolving healthcare needs of the community.
