Poliția din Moscova a reținut zeci de susținători ai unui partid de opoziție exclus din alegeri. Ce i-a mobilizat pe cetățeni în fața Curții Supreme a Rusiei
Over 35 individuals were detained outside the Supreme Court of Russia during a hearing regarding the opposition party Yabloko's appeal against its exclusion from the upcoming elections. Kirill Goncharov, head of Yabloko's Moscow branch, reported that the reasons for the detentions were unclear and asserted they were baseless. The Supreme Court was reviewing a decision made on August 10 that removed Yabloko's candidates from the federal election list. The hearing was officially opened, but only involved parties and accredited journalists were allowed in, with no video broadcast provided. The elections for the State Duma are scheduled for September 18-20.
