Tadej Pogacar and Jonas Vingegaard were subjected to unexpected doping tests during the night before stage 15 of the Tour de France. Both cyclists expressed their surprise and the impact on their sleep. Despite the disruption, they remained positive about the integrity of the sport. The tests were conducted in accordance with regulations allowing checks at any time, especially for athletes in major competitions. Pogacar and Vingegaard, currently separated by 4'30" in the general classification, are set to compete fiercely in the upcoming mountain stage.
