This closure affects all vehicle categories, and drivers are advised to plan their trips accordingly. The traffic interruption will occur from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM due to the IX International Free Spirit Run event, which will see around 450 participants crossing the bridge. Authorities from both Romania and Bulgaria will manage the situation, urging drivers to adhere to the restrictions and follow on-site instructions.
