The deadline for bids is October 1, and the project aims to enhance a historic area into a modern public space. The bridge will connect Șelari and Sfinții Apostoli streets, featuring promenades, viewing areas, green spaces, and new urban furniture. The estimated duration for the project is 18 months, with the best quality-price ratio as the selection criterion.
